GST on Rent is taxed @ 18% of the Rent paid. However, it is important to note here that GST is only levied on Renting of Commercial Property but not levied on Renting of Residential Property.

Rent received from letting out Residential House Property is Exempted from GST vide Notification No. 12/2017 - CT ( Rate ), dated 28.06.2017.

However Rent received from letting out Commercial Property is TAXABLE under GST. Rate of GST is 18%.

Residential let out is not taxed;
and commercial property is taxable .
is there any limit like above 999?

No Priya Ma'am ...

There is no such limit for Commercial Property. If Rental Income from Commercial Property exceeds Rs. 20 lakhs, then GST @ 18% is applicable.
