If my company is paying my rent and later on deducting that rent paid from my salary at the end of the month,whether my company is liable to deduct TDS under section 194J on rent paid to my landlord if Lease agreement is between my company and landlord.

If the agreement is between the company and the landlord and the rent payment is exceeding 180,000/- pa, then company may deduct TDS u/s 194I
