whether RENT paid of the property exclusively used for the CSR activities be claimed as CSR expense?

Rent paid as csr expense exclusively for the purpose of csr activities.
Administrative expenses has a limit of 5% of total CSR Expenditure. Pl. refer Rule 7 of CSR Rules.
