rent paid ag hostel for nursing girls
sir my client running a nursing college residential he is paying rent for college building Rs 300000.00 and for hostel building 300000.00 the problem is the owner asked to pay gst what should he do is there any GO to avoid gst plz reply with details section plz help

assume rent paid is inclusive of gst
there is a problem in rental agreement it was mentioned rent should pay with service tax then
