RENT OUTSTANDING

Sir, I will explain in detail...
A is the actual owner of the building, B is the tenant pays rent of 75000/- pm. B let the building to C for business. Now B continues to pay rent to A. Recently B asked C to pay rent to him but C didn't accept to pay because C has no rental agreement either A or B. C asked B to have rental agreement with A so that he will pay rent directly to A not B.. On that day whatever the rent paid by B to A on behalf of C, C will pay whole rent in one settlement to B..
Question
How much TDS Rent must C deduct for B(no rental agreement between them) on the day of settlement??
My view is as C & B have no rental agreement also the total rent will be paid in one settlement 900000/-...
This can be shown as Commission and accordingly TDS is deducted under section 194H inspite of 194I??
KINDLY reply so called C is Myself...

TDS has to be deducted as per 194I or 194IB as the case may be.
