Rent of industrial property

I m an individual having a industrial property which was on monthly rent of RS 20k.

so I need to to take GST registration or my tenant will pay GST as RCM

No need for registration if that is your only supply

Altamush I hope you are wrong.
The property is let out for industrial use.
The rentals are not taxable if it does not exceed threshold limit.

if your supply goes more than 40 lack then you are required take GST registration

I believe that is what I said that no registration required if the rentals are the only supply.
