Rent in warehouse taxation
If a private limited company rents a warehouse for storing potatoes from farmers and pays the rent for that warehouse, and the warehouse is operated by an unregistered dealer, will the company need to pay reverse charge mechanism (RCM) on it?

Yes, RCM is applicable over the rent payment by Registered dealer.
