My query is relating to a Rent Deed
Actuaaly I want to ask that If I have occupied house in amritsar in a rent and Then tell me Is this possible to prepare a rent deed from ludhiana

Rent deed or Leave and Licence agreement is required to be registered, and it should be registered within the jurisdiction where the subject property is situated.
Registration is mandatory only when the lease is for a period of 1 year or more.
