No more special formats for GST registration. You can prepare usual Deed and Use it for GST registration.
Points to be must in Deed as
i. Name of Landlord
ii. Name of Tenant who is required to register under GST.
iii. Property Tax receipt in the Name of Landlord.
iv. Principal Place of Address is correctly noted in deed.
v. Periods of Rental.
vi. Others..
