Rent agreement for gst registration
if owner gives shop on leased n we teken shop on rent from lessee then for gst on which name we made rent agreement n there is what role of owner n NOC required from whom n actual owner not available in india please help to know?

Lease means Lessee have right to get all substantial right to obtain all benefit. so you don't require any NOC from original owner unless otherwise mention in contract.
So i made rent agreement on the name of sub lesser but thrn what supporting document i wilk attached n electricity bill comes with name of original owner
