Authorizing an official to enter into a rental agreement is not a complex matter. You can personalize the following simple resolution:

“RESOLVED THAT Mr. Salam Khan, Business Development Manager, be and is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement to take the premises situated at Part B, Office No.101, B- Wing,  CEE PEE Plaza, Kochi – 682 017 on leave and license basis on behalf of the Company.”

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Salam Khan, Business Development Manager, be and is hereby authorized to do all such acts, matters, deeds, things and sign, execute, furnish all such other agreements, documents, deeds and writings as may be required to take on leave and license basis the said property and to give effect above resolution.”
