hey thanx Arvind but the link has form B for renewal but it does not mention to which office do you have to submit the application.It simply states the inspector of the local area concerned.I wish to know the address of this local area inspector in Pune if any :)

You have to approach the Inspector - Shops and Establishmnet at the Pune Municipal Corporation office.
