I have got Name Approval on 24 Feb, 2011. And thereafter I had made application for License u/s 25 of the compaqnies Act, which was approved on 6th June 2011.
But during such period timelimit of 60 days for Name approval was completed.
What shal I do now to get the same name.
I had tried Filling through login and apply for renewal of name but it is not working as another 30 days after 60 days is over.
I have also tried filling form 1A new but while doing prescrutiny it says name is reserved for Incorporation.
Can any one suggest alternate way for getting same name ASAP.
