Renewal of name approval

Once you get the name approval from the ROC, You have to Incorporate the company within 60 days of it.

Because thereafter the Your reserved name will be expired.

And In your case the 60 days period is over, So, now you have to file again the Form 1A, but while filling again form 1A, you should mention the SRN No. of old form 1A filed by you.

So, that you again get the same name, if it is still available.

While filling the second time Form 1A, you should have to pay fee of Rs. 250.
