1. Cut down Ur commitments. Learn to say NO.
2. Calm stress with good nutrition.
3. Rub tension away with a healing massage.
4. Don’t bear grudges. If something is bothering u, clear the air there and then; be it with Ur friend or boss.
5. Find comfort in a crowd. Popcorn at the movies, plays, concerts, magic shows relax and rejuvenate.
6. Keep comic books by Ur bedside, and enjoy a good laugh before u sleep.
7. Walk up to someone u love, put Ur arms around them to do the same o u. this is called a hug, and it is the warmest, most soothing feeling in the world.
