What is to be done for removal of Stat. Auditor in case of Unlisted Pvt Comp having Authrised Share Capital of Rs. 10 lacs and "NO" Public Borrowing?
Company was incorporated in 08,2013 , the present auditor have served for 3 years but for F.Y 16-17 company wishes to remove the present auditor and appoint another firm, in such case is it necessary to obtain approval of central govt? or is there any other procedure?
Please guide.
