Removal of scrap from the factory

Yes, it is mandatory to maintain the records of scrap. Scrap will be cleared from factory with payment of duty.

I mean weightment of scrap outside the factory and weight of scrap inside factory and permission from excise department for weightment outside the factory.

No need to permission if you have to remove the scrap with payment of duty on assessable value of the scrap.

Any Excisable goods sent for weighment outside the factory gate, you should get permission from Excise officials and maintain a challan for movement of trucks.
