what is the difference between removal of goods and delivery of goods?

Removable of goods means the event or time of when goods are removed from place of business whereas delivery of goods means the event when goods are delivered or being deliver which is in transit time.example like date of removal of goods is 25 April and delivery of goods is 30th April.
