removal of director vs resignation
The directors have become disqualified but since if we file for removal it takes times to process and filing of resignation in DIR 12 is STP , whether the process of resignation will be complete if only the company files DIR -12 and directors don't file DIR -11 ( as they are disqualified form can't be filed).

I thing yes coz section 168 states that director may forward DIR 11 to Roc with 30 days

DIR 11 must be forwarded within 30 days but if the company files DIR 12 for resignation the director is STP removed from company master data
