Removal of a director

Just added to you to keep track on this answer which you will get.

A director can be removed by ordinary resolution of shareholders with special notice and the vacancy can be filled by appointing a director in casual vacancy. Hovered directors by themselves cannot remove any director. Refer section284 of Companies act.

First, look at AOA of the Company.

Whether all the four directors are First Directors of the Company.

If, Yes check then the procedure for the removal of First Directors of the Company, and follow that procedure

 Otherwise, call the EGM and at EGM passed the resolution for the Removal.
