Does any relief under section 89 is availabel in a case where RPF Is treated as URPF in case of Rule 9 or Part A of the Fourth Schedule?

Relief under section 89

No there is no relief available u/s 89 for non application of rule 8 due to which Rule 9 of 4th schedule Part A of Income Tax Act applies and due to which there is an increase in the tax liability of assessee.
