We have procured the goods at concessional duty (Annexure 45 procedure) & executed Bond & BG with excise. Please tell me procedure & documents required for release of Bond & BG

Dear Manjiri, Hi
As you know that under Annexure-45 materials are procured without payment of excise duty for its use in the manufacture of excise product( whether excisable or not). You have to submit proof of export and use of Bond amount with the Jurisdictional divisional officer for getting thr Bond discharged
