Our Company is Private Company in which a person is director of 15 Companies and out of these companies 3 companies has not filed annual return for continuing 3 years.
Regarding this I have few doubts-
1. In First Board meeting to be held after 31st March, 2014, can we take his declaration in Form DIR -8, if not than in minutes what has to be shown for his disqualification.
2 Will his office become vacant from all companies or only from companies in which he has defaulted
3. If director resigns from Companies which has defaulted, than can he remain director in other Companies.
