relating to vacation of director

as of today for may 18 exam answer is from B ltd. only.
However soon the answer is going to be from all all companies OTHER than B Ltd. :p

From all companies under sec 164(2)a Under sec 164(2)b only in respect of that Co means defaulting Co and he is not eligible to appoint as director for coming five years

A person who is or has been a director of a company shall be disqualified from being reappointed as a director of that company or appointed in "any other company" for a period of 5years If the company of which he is or has been a director Not filed the annual accounts or annual returns for continuous 3 financial years. Therefore he shall vacate all the offices he is holding as a director.

He shall vacate from all companies.

He shall vacate from all the offices and he cannot be reappointed in nay company for 5years But excluding nominee directors

He shall vacate from all the offices except nominee director

For may 2018 He shall vacate from all the companies and he cannot take new appointments also. Nov 18 He shall vacate all companies except Bltd. (he can continue in defaulting company)
