Relating to S. 203 of CA ACT 2013
Can a person who is already appointed as MD in holding company and its subsidiary company, Be an MD of any other company??

No.. az per 203(3) A whole time KMP shall not hold office in more than 1 company except in its subsidiary at the same time. He can hold office as Director in another company but not as Managing Director.
