Can a B.com pass be a partner of a C.A firm.
I mean can a who is not a C.A can be a partner in a C.A firm

Can u give me some references on what bais u r saying that only a c.a can be a partner in a C.A firm
dear suchinder-if any one is not CA then how he can got the membership number similarly if two or person wants to constitute a partnership firm of CA then they must hold the degree of CA course and which is provided by ICAI.....
hope u got clearence....

Suppose A & B are two partners in a C.A frim and they want to add one more partner which do not have degree of C.A.
Can they him as a partner in their firm?
