Only Member of ICAI can become a partner in Chartered Accountant Firm

dear suchinder-if any one is not CA then how he can got the membership number similarly if two or person wants to constitute a partnership firm of CA then they must hold the degree of CA course and which is provided by ICAI.....

hope u got clearence.....

Suppose A & B are two partners in a C.A frim and they want to add one more partner which do not have degree of C.A.

Can they him as a partner in their firm?
