i have send my articleship form in the month of july but my registration is pending but now i want to take transfer from my boss can i take transfer?

First u confirm that whether registration of articleship is completed or not . If completed then u can apply for transfer . If not completed approach nearest icai bhavan & clarify the same
my case is handed over to mumbai icai but concerned staff looking after is on leave and will come in the month of January but i want transfer earlier what to do
at the earliest confirm ur artilces are to be registered then only trannsfer will be effected
