Form 108 is to be submitted for completion of articles.
It should be sent to the regeional office in which you have registered your articles.
It should be sent within 30 days from the date of completion of articles.

ok thanks and form no 119 is required to be submitted or not? and if yes thn where to submit?

Form 119 is not required generally.
Its required only when your principal is not ready to sing your form 108 directly which genarally donot happen.

yes u need to mention your bank account details in which u deposite ur stipend cheque.
be careful while caluclating ur leaves & number of weeks served in 3 yrs.
many times articles fails to caluclate number of leaves correctly & icai will raise a query.

I registered my name under direct entry scheme on janurary 2014 and completed 9 months of articleship and i have appeared for CA IPCC (group 1) in Nov14.After completed 9 months of articleship on september 2014 i left my articleship and preparing for CA IPCC,Now i have to appear for the exam on may 2015 on group 1.Is articleship is manandatory simultaneously while preparing CA IPCC OR after clearing CA IPCC i will carry my balance months of articleship.
please help me in this regard

I have also one query , How should i fill form 108 while i have completed my 3 years and in 1st year i have taken transfer. So wheather i have to fill that details of 1st year also in this 108 or i have to fill only for the last 2 years ????? Plz do reply if u knw this.
