Related party transaction

Dear All,

We are pvt . Ltd. Company and wholly owned subsidiary of the Jaopanes listed Company, we have 2 common directors , now ,as  a usual practice , investment projects of our company are financed by Japanese Holding company through ECB .

Recently we have taken ECB From parent company.

In this case do we need to file any form with ROC.

What are all the formalities we need to comply with in this regard.
