Can Hr head of one company (employee), be a full time director of another company. Further there is a service delivery partners engagement agreement between the two companies. Is this fall under related party translations sec 188
HR head of one company can be non executive director not whole time, as it would imply dual employment. Further, it will not be RTP as per the definition of Related party.
