Related to Ind as 24.
1. Ind AS Require to Disclose Related party where control exist. But in Reliance Financial statements of 20-21 Doesn't have Name of any subsidiary. Can any help why so. is there any exemption to disclose name of subsidiary and fellow subsidiary in any case.
2. If the company is part of large group where company make a transaction with subsidiary company of ultimate holding. Is this transaction required to be disclosed in Related party note as they are member of same group so related. If yes, What to specify in "Nature of Relationship" between both.
(it is not fellow subsidiary bcz both are not subsidiary of same immediate holding). Help me with Nature of Relationship to specify.

The Non disclosure agreement is actually for your own protection of confidential information.
It completely depends on what you have to disclose and what you don't have to disclose.
