I have terminated my articleship during April 2008 (9 months period) and want to continue my internship with other principal in the same location. Am i eligible to carry fwd the 9 months and can i join any other firm now ??

Yes u can carry forward the 9 months period u have already undergone articleship but as per new rules u can not take transfer in the same city in the radius of 50 kms.
Some ppl say that its only for those quit firms during recent months (after the new regulation).. I am not getting the clarity on this..
