Rejection of new registration

sir I had applied for new GST registration but my GST registration application rejested for reason that there is different name in electricity bill and different name in rent agreement. That licensor had purchased property by way of sale deed and he is legal ownership in his name all municipal records are in his name but electricity connection yet not transferred in his name what to do.
