Rejection of form mca

Dear Ramesh Babu,

Go to ROC office and explain the ROC the exact situation and justify your view it will work.

I am in Madurai......The rejection was done by MCA office  at Gurgaon - 122050, Haryana, INDIA...

How it is possible ???

I agree with the view of Mr. Ramesh Babu. For solving your problem it it is hereby advised to visit ROC office for quicker remedy.

I am agree with Ramesh Sir. I have also faced the same problem. This type of rejection and  issues raise by ROC creates problem for professional. ROC employees also mentioned earlier rules and form names at the time of resubmission it is also again another problem to find out the acctual issue. There should be something in this regard from professional and our designated institutes. I think physical working was more better than online. We can see the same in online IEC. If once IEC application is rejected u need to file fresh application with fresh fee who will bear that fee......obviously professional..........

In simple words if there was happened any difficulty at the time of physical filing u can solve that by going again and again in concerned office but in online sysem this is not possible. Therre should be something to remove online system problems.

It is high time that professional bodies like ICSI, ICAI and other stakeholders should sent their representations to Corporate Minister. Hon'ble Prime Minister of India's Mision  Make in India will require addressing this type of problems for ease of doing business.

Sir, please write to CRC, Manesar regarding your objections with valid proofs and details of the SRN and name applied for. Registrar will consider and allow you the name. I have dealt with the same and successfully got the name which was objected by the Registrar, CRC.
