Dear Friends,
Recently I file form INC-1 for reseravation of name to ROC in the name of Global Stings pvt.ltd. but I have got a mmail the mesaage is "Global is atm under classes42 and others"..and request me to resubmit again.I an unable to understand the meaning of thsi line...are they talking about foreign Co....pls. help
The term "GLOBAL" is a Trade Mark falling under Class 42 whihc means there are some proprietors holding their company names with the term "Global". Hence unless one get the trade mark registered under the Trade Marks Act, one can;t use such term as a part of company's name. I may suggest you to choose another term in place of that.
