Hi I was removed a Director of a P Ltd family owned company in April 2013 without me being given a chance to explain myself or proper intimations. There was an agreement that I would be paid an X amount by end of last year and I would inturn gift my shares and xit the company. The settlement has not been done and I have been humiliated and sent off the company, Now I want to know my options.
1. Can I ask for my reappointment as Director
2. Can I ask for the company to be valued as of this date and I get my share.
