Reimbursement of fees
if a person paid fees in foreign country but that fees is reimbursed due to unknown reason how to get refund of tds.

If you receive a reimbursement for fees from which TDS was deducted, you generally need to have the deductor revise their TDS return to acknowledge the reversal. If the TDS is already reflected in your tax credit statement, you can claim it back when filing your ITR, provided you maintain proper documentation of the cancellation and the refund received.
