Dear All,
I need to issue a Dr Note to our Parent Company in Tokyo for flight tickets reimbursement for the month of Apr 2019. So, when will I take US$ price for Apr 2019? GST impact for this Dr Note? We need to show this transactions in GSTR 1 & 3B?.
