Sir, What if the director is the non-executive director because we are not paying the salary to the director and we reimbursed the medical expense.

Whether it is is covered under sl. no. 6 of Notification No. 13/2017- Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017.
But We reimbursed only Medicine Bill on which GST is already paid .i.e. it is GST paid invoice and also in this case directors are not provide any service to company.
