Mr. A was appointed as an additional director in XYZ Pvt Ltd on 14.11.2013 without the will of other directors (The dsc were with CA and he did it, but since hes their son, cant say anything) and the other directors of the company want to remove him now, but doesn't want to tell him. In short, they don't want to follow the "removal of Director' rules! They wont recognoze him in the upcoming AGM, but will not regularising him will solve the purpose? Please help

Yes, additional director holds office only upto the date of AGM. So there is no need to take any action if he is not to be appointed again at the AGM. He will automatically cease to be a director.
