Can regular dealer be converted into composition dealer??

As per Rule 3 , only at the beginning of FY
Yes reguler dealer opt to composite dealer at any time in a FY
Yes, he can be but this option is available only at beginning of the financial year ( not during the financial year ) however a composition dealer can become regular dealer anytime during the year
