our company manufactures fish net from hdpe and sales it in india and also out of india. investment in plant is rs 6 crore, want to know that can our company get registered under msme act and avail the benefits.

Yes Saurabh. MSME registration is free of cost and it being provided to only Manufacturing and service industries (excluding trader's). You can get loans and Overdraft at concessional rate, Patents and other fees is provided at 80 percent concession.
but our company is 6 yr old and now can we apply for msme registration and avail available benefits.
