One of my client want to register himself as labour contractor under the labour act uttarakhand. As per the provision where 20 or more workers are working in any day of the preceeding 12 month are liable to register himself as labour contractor.
My point is they only hire 5 labour for doing the work and online portal of registration shows nil amount when i select 5 labour instead of 20. So pls explain me what can i do and my client also want to open current account without registration in any govt portal bank will not open current account.
