Yes Sir you can apply for a new GST Registration now. W.E.F 01/02/2019, the concept of Business Vertical [ Section 2(18) of the CGST Act 2017 ] has been abolished vide the CGST Amendment Act 2018 and the taxpayers can now take GST Registration for there different places of business.

So there's no issue. You can take a new GST Registration in the same PAN.
