Registration under dvat????
Can any body help me on "whether we need to take registration under Delhi VAT if I am engaged in the sale and purchase of EXEMPTED GOODS ONLY and my turnover exceeds 50 lacs.

yes...registration is reqd....as you exceeded quantum of sales...
though your goods lies in exempted category....still you have to register your firm...
and your quarterly return will be of ...zero liability...
