if my professional income as a doctor practice...over limit of 20 lacs but I have received the rental income on rs 5 Lacs ...so gst registration required or not...
plz suggest with justification

Yes GST registration is required.
Since your total turnover is to be considered for checking the threshold limit and it shall include the rental income as well along with your professional income.
Also note that you will have to charge GST @ 18% on rental income and pay GST.
