Registration problem

If you forgot your password, you can easily recover it through the following steps:

Go to GST portal www.gst.gov.in.

Click on login button.

You can find “Forget Password” button in the bottom of the page.

The next page will open. ...

You will receive an OTP in your registered email id and registered mobile number both.

after that you can reset you password.

Further, If the person doesn't have access to the no. or email registered on gst portal, then it is advisable to visit jurisdiction office. the jurisdictional officer would provide the new user I'd and password.

I have the ID and the no. but I don't know the login ID as well as password.then what's the recovery procedure for both I'd and password

Contact your Jurisdictional Office regarding this problem. They might help you out. Write a letter regarding the problem mentioning your GSTIN.

You can recover login ID with forgot username options if you have mobile number and email ID which is used in that registration...

The following steps done to recover the user name.Go to GST Portal -www.gst.gov.in >Click on the login button > You can find "Forgot Username " button in the bottom of the page >Click this button > Next page will open Enter the GSTIN Number and Generate OTP.You will receive an OTP in your Registered mobile number and on you Registered email ID.
