YES. provided it crosses the thresshold level.
Threshsold limit of turnover depends state to state. Please enquire. In some state it is 2lakhs and in some state it is 5lakhs.

as of now the turnover is vey low , can the registration of VAT be done once it crosses the turnover later on.
