We need to be registered for Service Tax & Professional Tax for Pvt Ltd. Kindly let me know what are the documents are required and the fees for both.

Id. Proof, Resi. Proof or Lease Agreement if made, Bank Account Proof or Cencel Cheque, nature of service. if any kind document required.
