I have a doubt regarding registration of Section 8 compay.
As to get registered now we should use INC 32 for section 8 company ,in the form MOA and AOA , there no option for section 8 co .either we need to creat pvt or pblic ltd co ,
please suggest me how to approach.

As per section 8 of the companies act 2013 , law prohibits to add " public limited " or " pvt limited " to its name . please refer section 8 (1) of the Companies act 2013 .
Yes...my question is how to approach... since without adding Pvt or public Ltd I am not able to complete the form
